  • Q: Are you licensed?

    A: Yes we are a licenced and insured Brokerage
  • Q: Can I reach you after hours?

    A: Yes our main phone line rings directly to staff members cell phones even after hours. We can also receive text message through our main line as well. If it is after 5pm or a weekend/holiday our phone line does go to voicemail but all voicemails are checked as received and calls are returned within 24 hours or the next business day unless it is an emergency which will be returned a quickly as possible.
  • Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?

    A: Yes we offer free direct deposit that funds within 24 business hours.
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    A: Yes our leases are in your owner portal and can be viewed anytime.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: Yes we do sell homes and assist buyers in finding homes as well.
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    A: Payments are either sent via direct deposit or mailed by the 15th of each month. The only exception to this would be that we did not receive a payment or we received a late payment. In this event we will send payment when received and has been verified that funds have cleared.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: We collect rent via online payments, in person payment at our office, over the phone payments as well as mail in payments. Rent is due by the first with a grace period of 2 days
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: The terms of the lease is something that is up to you as an owner. We are happy to do terms as short as month to month or for several years. This is completely at your discretion.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: We usually charge a security deposit that is equal to the rent. Example $2000.00 Rent would reflect a $2000.00 deposit. However, this is just a suggested amount and it is up to you as an owner what you would like to charge some owners want to charge less some owners want to charge more. However, many states may regulate the amount you can charge without paying interest.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: TODAY!!
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?

    A: We manage single family homes, duplexes, apartment complexes, and townhomes.
  • Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?

    A: You can access your owner portal 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Inside your owner portal there is several different reports from income statements, inspections, year to date statements etc.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: AIM Properties holds the security deposit. Since we are the party responsible for the lease we hold the tenants deposit in a Trust Account.
